Gin & Spirit Blending Experience – Thursday 8th June 2023

Come and join us to an amazing ‘Gin Blending Experience’.  We have the wonderful Kelly from Fairfax Distillery based just outside of York.  The event will include an introduction to the distilling process, then the fun bit!  You will be immerced into the aromatics and botanical flavours that are available to create your perfect, bespoke, individual gin – smell, taste and mix your perfect tipple, Kelly is on hand to guide you though the process!

You will get the opportunity to make your own Rum, Gin and Vodka creation. Taking notes along the way so you know how you’ve accomplished your masterpiece! Each session lasts approximately 3 hours including nibbles and sharing boards.

There will be an opportunity at the end to purchase bottles of gin from Kelly or even place your orders and she will make your recipe into a full bottle!

Full payment of £35 is required at booking, we ask customers to arrival at 6:30/6.45 for a 7pm start.
